The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the final results of its countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review for oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Turkey, covering the review period from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
The authority determined that Turkish producers and exporters received countervailable subsidies during this timeframe. Specifically, Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Borusan) was assigned a net countervailable subsidy rate of 0.80% based on ad valorem calculations.
