Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) extended the preliminary industrial injury determination period for the anti-dumping (AD) duty case concerning certain cold-rolled, flat-rolled stainless steel products imported from Vietnam.
The extension was enacted to accommodate information processing needs in accordance with Articles 12 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties.
The preliminary injury determination deadline is now postponed to October 16, 2026. The original application was filed by Yieh United Steel Corporation (Yusco) and Tang Eng Iron Works.
