Brazil’s Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into hexagonal wire mesh made of carbon steel, coated with zinc or other zinc alloys, originating in China, responding to an application submitted by domestic producer Morlan S.A. on January 30, 2026.
The proceeding covers products classified under the tariff code 7314.41.00 of the MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM).
The dumping investigation period is from October 2024 through September 2025, and the injury assessment period spans from October 2020 to September 2025.
