Turkey imposes five-year AD duties on China’s solar aluminum frames

A five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty on aluminum frames for photovoltaic panels from China took effect on June 24, 2026, under Decree No. 2026/23 issued by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. The definitive duties apply to product code 8541.90.00.00.11 and are calculated based on CIF prices.

Six specific manufacturers face a 38.26% tax rate. These companies include Jiangsu Yuejia Metallic Technology, Jiangyin Haihong New Energy Technology, Anhui Krant Aluminum Products, Jiangyin Yuanshuo Metal Technology, Yangzhou Yu Xin Metal Products, and Zhejiang Twinsel Electronic Technology. All other Chinese exporters face a 45.99% rate.

This final ruling concludes an investigation launched in May 2025. Turkey previously implemented temporary duties ranging from 14.79% to 31.40% in December 2025 before finalizing these current rates.
