New 25,882 sqm plot expands ZF Steering Gear’s aluminium project site in Maharashtra

DriveSys Systems Private Limited has acquired additional land in Maharashtra to expand its aluminium project. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZF Steering Gear.

The company has acquired Plot No. E-10, covering around 25,882 sqm, at Supa Parner Industrial Park in Ahilyanagar district.

The land acquisition follows a communication from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) dated September 2, 2026. On September 3, ZF Steering Gear revealed the transaction under the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

The newly acquired plot is located next to DriveSys’ existing project site. The company said the additional land will support the proposed expansion and development of the Aluminium Project.

The latest land acquisition follows an earlier update from July 24, 2026, when the company announced a revision in the project cost for the same Aluminium Project.

The move adds another piece to DriveSys’ aluminium project development at Supa Parner and expands the land available around its existing site.
