The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) prolonged anti-dumping (AD) duties on Chinese stainless steel welded pipes through September 7, 2031.
The AD duty rate is 14.62% for Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., whereas Guangdong Sumwin New Material Group Co., Ltd. and all other Chinese manufacturers face a 17.28% duty.
The decision concluded a sunset review initiated on November 13, 2025, following the original duties implemented in February 2021.
The subject products are welded pipes and hollow profiles made of corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel, with a wall thickness from 0.4 to 6 mm inclusive, of a circular cross-section, a rectangular cross-section, or a square cross-section. These goods fall under HS codes 7306 40 2009, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8, and 7306 61 1009.
