The USDOC identified new evidence indicating potential false statements during submissions that could affect review integrity. Leveraging an inherent authority to protect administrative decisions, the agency reopened the proceeding record for reevaluation.
Commerce instructed US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend entry liquidations for the review period, with updated cash deposit rates and assessment instructions to be issued upon conclusion.
