The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) finalized its anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review regarding oil country tubular goods (OCTG) originating in Vietnam, spanning the period of review from September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024.
The USDOC concluded that SeAH Steel VINA Corporation sold subject merchandise below normal value during the review period. Consequently, the agency established an estimated weighted-average dumping margin of 15.52% for the company.
