Taiwan’s carbon steel producer China Steel Corporation (CSC) notified customers today (October 29) regarding a price increase of NT$500 per ton for December AP plate products. Following the adjustment, the new list price for AP plates reaches NT$27,400 per ton.
For SN490B project steel, CSC refrained from issuing quotes or allocations for December. By comparison, the company set the November SN project price at NT$28,800 per ton.
