Nova Trading SA officially assumed all existing contracts, rights, and liabilities from Nova Metale, eliminating the need for customers to execute new agreements or amendments.
Under the consolidated structure, sales documents and invoices for previous Nova Metale orders transition directly to Nova Trading SA details. Operations, ongoing orders, and customer service contacts remain fully operational without service disruptions.
