The Department of Revenue under India’s Ministry of Finance extended existing anti-dumping (AD) measures on certain aluminum foil imports from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
According to Notification No. 10/2026-Customs (ADD) issued on June 10, 2026, the expiration date of these measures changed from September 15, 2026, to December 15, 2026.
The extension applies to products with a thickness of 80 microns and below. The products involved are under HS codes 76071110, 76071190, 76071910, 76071991, 76071992, 76071993, 76071994, 76071995, 76071999, 76072010, and 76072090.
