According to a notice from the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine, Ukraine initiated a second sunset review regarding anti-dumping (AD) measures on seamless stainless steel pipes from China, following an application by local producer PJSC Centravis Production Ukraine.
Currently, imports face a 41.07% AD duty established during the first review in 2020. That previous ruling also maintained a price undertaking agreement with Zhejiang Longda Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.
