India’s Rathi Steel & Power achieves 41.8% revenue growth in FY26

Indian steel manufacturer Rathi Steel and Power Ltd has announced a substantial 41.8% increase in annual revenue, reaching Rs 7,167 million for the fiscal year 2026 compared to Rs 5,054.3 million in the previous year.

The company generated Rs 2,448 million in the fourth quarter alone, demonstrating strong market demand for its stainless steel products and TMT bars. The firm attributed the growth to consistent demand for stainless steel long products alongside improved operational efficiency.

A key technological advantage lies in the company’s direct charging capability for stainless steel wire rod production, which feeds hot billets directly into the rolling mill to reduce fuel consumption and manage rising energy costs.

Looking ahead, Rathi Steel’s promoters expressed confidence in India’s long-term economic fundamentals while maintaining a cautious stance due to geopolitical uncertainties.
