WTO investigating AD duty disputes between Japan & South Korea
South Korea has imposed anti-dumping duties on stainless steel bars imported from Japan for 14 years since 2004, and the duty has been extended twice since then.
The Japanese government has asked the WTO to seriously investigate whether South Korea violated the principle of fair trade. At present, the WTO has set up a panel to handle this arbitration case.
