USITC announces to continue AD & CVD investigation on imported forged steel fittings from India & So
According to the ruling by the US International Trade Commission (USITC) on November 6th, the US decided to continue investigated the imported forged steel fittings from India and South Korea.
The USITC had announced that the imported forged steel fittings from India and South Korea did threaten the domestic industry.
So, the USITC would continue with its anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation, and the preliminary countervailing duty would expect to be ruled on January 16th in 2020, and the date of the preliminary of anti-dumping would be on March 31st, 2020.
