US sets final AD duty rate on stainless steel bar imports from Spanish Sidenor
The US Department of Commerce (USCOD) finally confirmed that Sidenor Aceros Especiales S.L. (Sidenor), a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel bar in Spain, sold its stainless steel bars at the prices lower than fair value in the US market during the review period from March 1st, 2017 to August 8th, 2017.
Sidenor received a final weighted-average dumping margin at 1.76%, which was raised from the previous 0% and met the result of investigation from the USDOC.
