US may impose AD & CVD on stainless steel flange imports from India
The US might impose the anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on stainless steel flange imports from India because India sold these products at a dumped price.
It was understood that Indian exporters dumped their stainless steel flanges to the US at a price lower than fair value by 19.16-145.25%. In addition, the Indian government provided subsidies at a range from 4.92-256.16% to the Indian flange manufacturers.
