US makes final AD ruling on steel nails from Malaysia
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) made the final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) orders on March 29, 2021, determining that certain steel nails from Malaysia weren’t sold at prices lower than fair value during the period of review from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
Therefore, Inmax and Region, the two mandatory respondents covered in this case, had been assigned a weighted- average dumping margin of 0%, and the other unselected companies for individual reviews, including Chia Pao Metal, Come Best, Kerry-Apex, Tag Fasteners, Vien Group, and WWL India Private, will be also subject to a dumping margin of 0%.
Besides, the USDOC had also determined that Astrotech Steels Private Limited (Astrotech), Trinity Steel Private Limited (Trinity), and Jinhai Hardware Co. Ltd. (Jinhai) didn’t make any shipments during the period of review.
