According to the preliminary Census Bureau data from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US imported around 146,000 tons of line pipe this June, down by 7.9% compared to the previous month, also down by 17.7% from the same month a year ago.
Among them, the imports from South Korea were around 68,000 tons, rising from 27,000 tons from May, also increasing from 56,000 tons in June last year; those from Canada were around 14,000 tons; those from Taiwan were around 13,000 tons; those from Mexico were around 11,000 tons; those from Germany were around 6,400 tons; those from India were around 6,100 tons.
