According to the preliminary Census Bureau data from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US imported around 134,000 tons of cold-rolled coil this June, a month-on-month decrease of 17.1% and a year-on-year decrease of 46.5%.
Among them, the imports from Canada were around 33,000 tons, down from 37,000 tons in the previous month, but up from 30,000 tons in June last year; those from Turkey were around 28,000 tons; those from Vietnam were around 19,000 tons; those from Mexico were around 12,000 tons; those from Germany were around 7,600 tons; those from Thailand were around 5,700 tons.
