Ukraine complains to WTO about AD duty imposed by Armenia & Kyrgyzstan
According to WTO, after Armenia and Kyrgyzstan imposed anti-dumping duties on Ukraine, Ukraine has protested to the WTO about the current situation. Early in September, Ukraine also made a similar complaint to Kazakhstan.

Due to European Community's codetermination, an anti-dumping tariff of 18.9% was imposed on casing pipes which were produced by Ukraine's steel factory, Interpipe, while for pump pipes and compressor pipes the tariff rate was 19.9%, and for shaped tubes used in oil and gas transmission or heat treatment of which the diameter less than 820mm was 19.4%.

This kind of anti-dumping has now prolonged till June of 2021. In the application of Ukraine, the country pointed out that this anti-dumping duty should be cancelled after re-examining for the higher-than-level tariff rate as well as the insufficiency and errors in both the adjudication process and the regulations.
