Thyssenkrupp enjoys higher steel prices
Thyssenkrupp enjoyed the higher steel prices in its good-shape steel market. The company will continue to benefit from higher average selling prices. 

Steel sales at Thyssenkrupp's Steel Europe unit has went up in the three months to June. Thyssenkrupp's steel distribution and Italian special steelmaker Terni also enjoyed the growing profits and shipment of steel as well. 

Steel shipments at Terni went up 12.9% to around 230,000 tons. The EBIDTA at the unit went up to EUR 103 million from the previous EUR 85 million. The shipment of cold-rolled material increased by 0.3% year on year to 2 million tons roughly, while that of hot-rolled material went up by 1.8% to 1 million tons roughly.
