Taiwan's pipe mills may raise prices for Apr
Taiwan's pipe mills will announce the new list prices for April today. As the upstream mill (Chung Hung Steel) increased its hot-rolled coil price by NT$600/ton for March, the pipe mills might follow to rise price further for April.
It was expected that the pipe mills might increase by NT$300/ton this time. The demand was good and pipe mills will also reflect the high raw material cost.
Taiwan's pipe mills' performance was predicted to be good in April. Affected by this positive news, the pipe deal price would remain stabilize.
