Taiwan’s CHS to raise prices for Apr
Chung Hung Steel Corporation (CHS), one of the steel manufacturers in Taiwan, announced to increase its new domestic by NT$600/ton and export prices by US$20/ton for hot-rolled, cold-rolled and galvanized steel for April.

Stimulated by coal price hike, Taiwan's China Steel Corp hiked price for second quarter. CHS decided to raise its prices for April.

However, the new price was higher than the deal price in the market. Therefore, distributors might be forced to increase price due to the raw material price up. CHS might take some measures to compensate its customers in April.
