This week, Taiwan’s Walsin Lihwa and Yieh Hsing will announce the April rates for stainless steel wire rods. According to a statement from stainless steel screw manufacturers, current market demand is at a low level, so peers are adopting low inventory strategies and delaying procurement schedules.
Therefore, Taiwanese stainless steel wire rod mills tended to be cautious about new rates and were concerned that buying momentum would be affected.
