Taiwanese Quintain Steel keeps prices unchanged for Nov
Quintain Steel Co., Ltd., one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan, announced the prices for all its steel wire rod for November. 

According to Quintain, the demand remained stable. However, the international iron ore, coal, oil and other raw material prices were all at a high level. It should have room to increase the price. 

As there were many cheap offers from Southeast Asia, Quintain decided to hold the price for November. After the price announcement, its prices for blast furnace (BF) Al-killed wire rods was at NT$32,500/ton; those for electric furnace (EF) Al-killed wire rods was at NT$31,500/ton; those for electric furnace (EF) killed wire rods was at NT$26,500/ton; those for galvanized wire was at NT$33,000/ton and concrete screw was at NT$31,000/ton.
