South Korea predicts steel exports to rebound for H2
According to Korea Industry Research Institute (KIEP) published a report forecast that the second half of 2017 that South Korea's semiconductor, steel and other export situation would continue to improve, but home appliances and monitors are expected to decline. It is understood, due to the world economic recovery and other factors, steel export growth is expected to be 20% in the second half, higher than the first half of 14.5%. The second half of home appliances products by South Korean enterprises overseas production, would also impact from US trade protection issue the growth would be reduced by 8.2%.
