South Korea launches second AD sunset review on Japanese stainless steel plate
It was reported that on July 15th, 2019, the Korea Trade Commission announced to initiate a second anti-dumping sunset review investigation on stainless steel plate originating in Japan.
The products involved were hot-rolled steel plates with 8 mm ≤ thickness ≤ 80 mm, 1000 mm ≤ width ≤ 3270 mm, under HS codes 7219.21.1010, 7219.21.1090, 7219.21.9000, 7212.12.1010, 7219.22.1090, and 7212.129.000.
The dumping investigation period was from January 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2018. The damage investigation period was from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2018.
