Novelis' acquisition of Aleris postponed
Aditya Birla Group's Novelis Inc.'s planned acquisition of Aleris Corp. was delayed by three months after it failed to obtain regulatory approval, according to reports.
Although China has approved the deal, the US and the EU authorities were still reviewing it and were unlikely to complete it before the original deadline.
