North American Stainless to modernize cold strip processing line at plant in Ghent, Kentucky
According to the report, North American Stainless, the largest fully integrated stainless steel producer in the US, planned to modernize its cold strip processing line No.1 at the plant in Ghent, Kentucky, which has been commissioned to perform by the International technology group ANDRITZ.
This modernization was expected to complete at the end of 2020. The renewal content would be modifications of the entry section of the cold strip processing line, new mist cooling section, engineering and install of a new chemical processing unit, and commissioning of the line.
