North American stainless steel mills to lower surcharges for Nov
The major stainless steel manufacturers in North America announced to lower their surcharges for stainless steel in November.

North American stainless steel manufacturers, including North American Stainless (NAS) and ATI Allegheny Ludlum, would cut their November surcharge for Grade 304 to 63.16-66.89 cents/lb, down by 0.2% from 63.28-66.89 cents/lb in the previous month. The surcharge for Grade 316 was also cut to 91.11-94.84 cents/lb, down by 0.8% from 91.87-95.48 cents/lb of last month. 

As for Grade 430, the surcharge was hiked by 2.9% month on month to 26.61-30.34 cents/lb.
