Nanping Aluminum to transfer 75,000 tons of electrolytic aluminium production capacity to Inner Mong
According to the report, on November 19th, 2019, Fujian Nanping Aluminum Co., Ltd. (Nanping Aluminum) has finished the transfer of its 75,000 tons electrolytic aluminum production capacity to Inner Mongolia Xilinguole Baiyinhua Coal Power Company Limited at the basic price of RMB 277.5 million.
After the acquisition of 75,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity from Nanping Aluminium, the total production capacity of Inner Mongolia Xilinguole Baiyinhua Coal Power will reach 404,500 tons, which can meet the production target of 400,000 tons electrolytic aluminum in the first phase.
