Mexico launches first AD sunset review investigation on stainless steel sinks from China
It was reported that on April 30th, 2020, the Department of Economic Affairs of Mexico announced to start the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation against stainless steel sinks originating in China.
The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019, and the damage investigation period is from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2019. The TIGIE tax code of the product involved is 7324.10.01.
On May 8th, 2015, Mexico made a final anti-dumping ruling on stainless steel sinks (weight not exceeding 8 kg) originating in China. The anti-dumping duties were levied at US$4.14/kg to US$5.4/kg.
