The exports of high-carbon ferrochrome from Malaysia were 21,338 tons in February. Among them, the exports to Taiwan were 7,980 tons; that to India were 6,555 tons; that to China were 2,700 tons; that to Japan were 1,625 tons; that to Germany were 511 tons; that to Italy were 411 tons; that to Kuwait were 358 tons; that to the Philippines were 347 tons; that to Indonesia were 300 tons; that to Spain were 250 tons; that to Turkey were 150 tons; that to Pakistan were 100 tons and that to Australia were 22 tons. In addition, the exports of silicon manganese totaled 7,762 tons. Among them, the exports to Japan were 2,702 tons; that to South Korea were 2,536 tons; that to Turkey were 852 tons; that to Mexico were 650 tons; that to Taiwan were 495 tons and that to Canada were 286 tons. The exports of silicon iron (silicon> 55%) amounted to 20,149 tons.
