Japanese stainless steel production increases for April
According to Japan's Ministry of Economic Industry released data showed, this April, Japanese stainless steel products (hot-rolled products) production totaled 245,262 tons, slightly up by 0.1% compared with previous month, up by 17.7% compared with the same period of last year.
Among them, chromium stainless steel production totaled 115,352 tons (including chromium series totaled 94,768 tons and chromium molybdenum series totaled 20,584 tons), rose by 21.7% compared with previous month; Nickel series totaled 129,910 tons.
