Italian steel product output drops in Mar
According to the data from the Federazione Imprese Siderurgiche Italiane (Federacciai), Italy produced roughly 830,000 tons of steel flats in March, dropping by 30.5% from year on year. The steel flat output from January to March was about 2.6 million tons, sliding by 13.3% from the same period a year ago.

Italy produced around 662,000 tons of long steel and 1.3 million tons of crude steel in March, falling by 46.7% and 40.2% year on year respectively.

In the first three months, the output of Italian long steel was approximately 2.6 million tons, crude steel was about 5.2 million tons, decreasing by 18.6% and 16.2% year on year respectively.
