Indonesia continues to impose AD duties on hot-rolled steel plate imports from 3 countries
The Ministry of Finance of Indonesia said that it will continue to impose the anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled steel plate imports from China, Singapore and Ukraine for another 5 years from August 14th since the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (Komite Anti Dumping Indonesia, KADI) ruled that the products involved from these 3 countries still existed dumping facts.

According to the announcement, the anti-dumping duty rate for Indonesia was set at 10.47%, that for Singapore was 12.5%, and Ukraine was subject to a rate at 12.33%. The rates above were the same as the previous rate due on April 2nd, 2016.

The products involved were flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, under HS codes 72085100 and 72085200.
