ASG News: November 17-21, South Germany Certification Inspection (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai branch auditor Han Fei, visited Indonesia Qingshan stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (referred to as ITSS) to Indonesia Qingshan stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (referred to as ITSS) for the first time EU PED/AD2000 and CPR site audit certification, the scope of this certification is the production and service of austenitic stainless steel hot rolled strip. After 5 days of comprehensive review, ITSS Company successfully passed the certification.

In 5 days, auditor Han Fei visited the production line of steelmaking, hot rolling and washing department according to the audit plan. According to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and the product standards of EN 10028-7 and EN 10088-4, the operation of the quality management system and the comprehensive performance of the products were comprehensively evaluated. The hot rolled stainless steel strips (1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4404, 1.4541) with 2.0-12.0mm thickness range were sampled and marked in the production site. In addition, auditor Han Fei tracked the experimental test process of chemical composition, tensile,-196 ℃ impact and intergranular corrosion resistance of the sample in the laboratory. The comparative analysis of the experimental results meet the EN 10028-7, EN10088-4 product standards.
