Indian NALCO to establish aluminum sheet JV with MIDHANI
It was reported that Indian National Aluminum Company Limited (NALCO) announced last Thursday (August 8th) that it will 50-50 jointly establish an aluminum alloy plant with Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a manufacturer specialized in metals and metal alloys in India, to produce aluminum plate and sheet products.
There will be a maximum of 12 board members in the joint venture (JV), and each company could nominate at least 2 directors. Besides, the JV agreed to lead technology partners, technical associate and technical providers to hold up to the maximum 10% shares during the period of the establishment.
