Honduras lowers import tax rate on steel plate
It was reported that Honduras determined to tune down the import tax on steel plate by 10%. Due to the shortage of local construction supply, Economic Development of Honduras announced that the new import tax for steel plate will be adjusted to 15-25% from previous 35% which was initiated at January 2017.
The relevant products were with HS codes 7210.41.10.00, 7210.49.10.00, 7210.49.50.00, 7210.61.10.00.01, 7210.70.10.00.01, 7210.70.10.00.02, 7212.20.00.00, 7212.30.10.00, 7212.30.90.00, 7225.91.00.00, 7225.92.00.00, 7225.99.00.00, 7226.99.10.00, 7226.99.90.00 and 7308.90.00.00.
