Guinea’s bauxite exports reach 29.1 million tons in Jan-May
According to statistics released by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Guinea, in the first 5 months of this year, Guinea exported a total of around 29.1 million tons of bauxite, rising by 17.3% from 24.8 million tons in the same period a year earlier.
Besides, the country exported around 440,000 ounces of gold from January to May of this year, increasing from 438,600 ounces in the same period a year ago.
