European Commission revises AD investigation on aluminum flat-rolled products from China to exclude
On February 2, the European Commission (EC) amended its anti-dumping (AD) investigation into Chinese aluminum flat-rolled products by excluding automotive body panels.
On the advice of an interested party, the Commission has noted that some of the products classified in CN Codes 7606 11 10 and 7606 12 20 do not fall within the scope of the subject matter and has therefore amended the dumped product codes in Section 3 of the original notice.
In addition, in order to avoid misunderstanding, the product definition to be regulated should be clarified and the body panel should be excluded, and then the product definition to be regulated in Section 2 of the original announcement should be revised accordingly.
