According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 347.18 points on August 8th, which was down by 0.52% or 1.81 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 7th.
Among them, the domestic iron ore price index was 359.22 points, falling by 0.44% or 1.59 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 344.91 points, dropping by 0.53% or 1.85 points from the previous one.
