Chinese aluminium exports increased in July. The weaker yuan and stronger US Dollar made it more favorable for China to export aluminium steel to international markets. The 10% US import tariffs and the trade tensions did not affect the growing exporting of aluminum steel.
Chinese unwrought aluminium and aluminium product exports have reached to 519,000 tons in July, grew by 1.8% compared to 510,000 tons in June. In addition, the Chinese aluminum steel exports have grown by 18% compared to the same period in 2017.
