Chinese 300 series stainless steel supply to keep steady
The supply of 300 series stainless steel was short in China and the demand was still slow. It was estimated that the supply will increase steadily and the demand will be back too. The low level inventory was the seasonal changing and checking. Ferronickel supply increase will lower the cost for 304 stainless steel, and a low inventory will remain the same.
The price of ferronickel was still strong, and the resource of 300 series stainless steel was not available. The dumping investigation against to stainless steel imports and other government policy improved the supply and demand and also supported the price. However, the deal demand did not recovery, and the price will keep stable in a short term.
