Canada launches second AD&CVD sunset review against aluminum extrusions from China
It was reported that on March 11th, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) and the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued separate announcements to launch a second anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review against aluminum extrusions originating in or imported from China.
The CBSA will finalize the sunset review investigation no later than August 2nd, 2019.
