BUZZ-India's Tata Steel falls; EU opens deeper probe into co deal with Thyssenkrupp
** Shares of Tata Steel Ltd fall as much as 6.2 pct 529.35 rupees, lowest since July 25
** The European Commission has opened a deeper investigation into Thyssenkrupp’s planned steel JV with Tata Steel over concerns that it could raise prices and harm competition
** JV will combine both firms’ European carbon steel and electrical steel businesses; Commission said this raises concerns over their dominance in steel for cars, metallic coated steel for packaging and grain oriented electrical steel
** More than 6.2 mln shares change hands, 0.8 times their 30-day avg of 7.8 mln shares
