Brazil makes first AD sunset review on stainless steel round seamed tubes from China & Taiwan
On July 25th, 2019, the Brazilian Ministry of Economy announced that it made the final ruling of the first anti-dumping sunset review on austenitic stainless steel seamed tubes of a circular section from China and Taiwan.
According to the ruling, the anti-dumping duty will be continued for China for another 5 years, with the duties covering a range from US$0.00-405.46/ton. However, the investigation for Taiwan will be terminated and the anti-dumping duty was not recommended to be continued, excluding YC Inox Co., Ltd, which faced a duty at US$344.61/ton.
The products involved were under HS codes 7306.40.00 and 7306.90.20.
