Brazil conducts AD investigation on Chinese carbon seamless pipe
According to the report, the Brazil Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services announced to review the anti-dumping duty on seamless tube from China, which was expired on November 4th and would be investigated within 10 months.

The Brazilian government had the evidence indicating that Chinese exported products have damaged the domestic industry. The investigation was based on the application from the local enterprise Vallourec Soluções Tubulares do Brasil, which has stared since June, 2012.

The product involved the custom code 7304.19.00 and the imported seamless tube also included carbon pipes used in the oil and gas industry, with an outside diameter exceeding 141.3 mm but not exceeding 355.6 mm.
