According to report, ArcelorMittal CEO Matthieu Jehl said that the group will plan to make its Italian facility the best in the Europe as they focused on environmental sustainability, security and performance.
He talked to the press at ILVA steel factory at the presentation of the industrial and environmental plan for ArcelorMittal.
The plan included to raise the steel production from 4.5 to 6 million tons, and environmental friendly measures will be also with production plan for healthier for people or workers around.
ArcelorMittal recently got approval to acquire ILVA as it was placed in the hands of administrators after there were environmental scandal involving cancer rates in Taranto area earlier this year.
